It has a selective action on the microorganisms of musts, enhances and nourishes the good fermentation yeasts, while paralyzing the agents of the main diseases. It inhibits oxidasic casse, moreover makes wines, especially whites, more readily limpid and stable.
Add the product to the grapes at the time of pressing or immediately after pressing, before fermentation begins, making sure to distribute it evenly
